Twenty years ago, the legendary, award-winning Brisbane band, george released their iconic debut album, Polyserena, effectively catapulting them onto the national stage.

Going on to win Breakthrough Artist at the ARIA’s, six songs from the album making it in triple j’s Hottest 100, and the album recognised as one of triple j’s Hottest 100 Australian albums of all time and landing in Double J’s Top 50 Best Australian Debut Albums, one could say the band’s debut album was quite the success!

So in celebration of the double platinum album’s creation two decades ago george are returning to where it all began and performing the album in its entirety.
