Le Grand Palais is the purpose-built home of Monet in Paris and offers a 360-degree immersion into Monet’s world where you can stroll through the square of Montmartre, where Monet once lived, and savour the distinctly Parisian delights of Le Bistro.

The immersive spaces take you from absinthe nights to dreamy wildflower field days, dappled ponds and delicate water lilies and finally to Monet’s Studio in Giverny.

Sure does! The exhibition is named after Monet due to his role in progressing the Impressionist movement which started in France in the 19th Century. It was quite a rebellious approach at the time based on the practice of painting outdoors (en plein air) and on the spot, rather than in a studio.
