This was the first time I had attended in Brisbane and it was a fabulous day out.
There was an overwhelming amount of wines, spirits, liqueurs and foods to try and you had to pick wisely, otherwise you would have had to be wheeled out in one of their trollies, which next time I will remember to bring as we were loaded up with so many goodies, they were hard to carry.
Apart from sampling, it was great to watch some of the cooking demonstrations and meet the chefs. Manu was a highlight for us.
I can’t wait to attend again next year and highly recommend it to everyone who loves a tasty morsel and would like to add some new beverages to their bar.
