“Blanc de Blanc Encore” was a spectacular fusion of circus, comedy and cabaret acts.

The incessant pace of delivery ensured that the audience was in a perpetual state of laughter and enjoyment.

The audience was enthralled, we did not have time to even take a breath and needed the interval to recuperate.

Wow, this show simply grabs your attention from the moment the first performers walk on stage. To be honest, even trying to recall the acts in the correct order is quite difficult, so, in no particular order, there was an aerial acrobat who twirled from the centre of the tent, two hilarious comedians who narrated the show, tantalising nudity, an amusing contortionist, burlesque dancing and fabulous singing.

Comedy is most definitely the underlying theme in all the acts.

I attended with a group of 14 friends and we were seated in 3 booths as premium guests.

It seemed like a great idea but in fact, we were envious of the audience members who were not seated in the booths.

Their view of the stage was not hindered by the tent poles, they were covered in gold confetti, selected to participate in the show and they had a twirling acrobat overhead too.

I would absolutely recommend this show for a night out with friends.

Such a high energy and hilarious show that never dipped in momentum.

It made my jaw drop and had me in stitches.

The music selection was a real highlight as well as the banter between the two hosts who kept the laughs coming all night long with their cheek and swagger.

Do yourself a favour and get a ticket to the most raucous show in town!

A brilliant night out!

Like any great circus/cabaret show, it stayed true to embodying risqué humour, provocative dance and sexual inuendos, which make you giggle profusely or laugh like a hyena.

Their cast was diverse with some inexplicably talented acrobats, that made you rethink the ways a body can contort.

The MCs were more cheesy than witty and if that’s not your jam, then you probably wouldn’t fancy the show as much.

In comparison to previous productions by Strut & Fret, like LIFE The Show, Blanc de Blanc Encore, does not possess a strong storyline, but rather is full of dazzling tricks and skits.

It’s both visually indulgent and outrageous.

This show is purely for sheer entertainment.

If you go in with this mindset, then you’ll enjoy an absurdly silly, sexy and sultry performance.

So sit back, sip on a glass of bubbles and let it be a ri-dick-ulous night to remember.

Fantastical physical feats and flamboyant risque narration tantalised the crowd

The ambience of ‘Blanc de Blanc Encore’ was established well before the show began. From the outset, risqué themes, warm tones of voice and incredible talent of the cosmopolitan troupe “put a spell on me”. From the outset, risqué themes, warm tones of voice and incredible talent of the cosmopolitan troupe “put a spell on me”.

The narrators’ humour was brilliant, commanding audience engagement while orchestrating pillow-fight feather fallouts, bubbles and spontaneity – Oompah!

The Spiegeltent was the perfect venue, providing an inside bar, great viewing from all seats, well-timed lighting and effects.

Strong acrobatic physical theatre and graceful aerial performances were beautiful to watch.

The glitz and glamour of the French burlesque show was entertaining adult humour, full of excitement and definitely worth a look.
