Opera Queensland’s The Marriage of Figaro is a modern interpretation of a timeless opera that changed the direction of the art form.

The opera opens on Figaro (Jeremy Kleeman) and Susanna’s (Sofia Troncoso) wedding day but their boss, the Count (José Carbó), has other ideas – he too wants Susanna. And so begins one of the greatest love stories ever told.
